Approach

Recognising new chances in companies and implementing them efficiently depends on the ability of the personnel to analyse themselves – to bring to mind obstructive thought and behaviour patterns, to review them and to find new orientation. The goal of my work is to support this process in a resource-oriented way while respecting the history of the individual involved. To do this I focus on the goal and process and pay attention to important interactions in individual questions, relationships and the whole organisation.
