Approach

Meeting people in consulting situations always means initiating change processes and supporting them. To do this I respect their development path to date and their limitations, while encouraging them to discover themselves and to experiment with something new, because getting to know oneself and understanding the meaning of one's behaviour is a prerequisite for sustainable effective change.
To me it is particularly important to support people individually and with a view to their position and goals within a company, rather than to offer patent remedies or techniques for „correct“ behaviour.

Experience with very personal change processes in the private and corporate environment allow me to create a trusting atmosphere in consulting situations for people to get to know themselves and gain new insights.

I live in Dießen am Ammersee and revel in the beautiful surroundings and the proximity to Munich. I most enjoy spending time with my family, and trying out and discovering something new...
